Lowe performs Bending Hendrix with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra Wednesday February 10th 2010 at 7:30 as part of this year's New Music Festival. This will be the premier of a new work by Mike Janzen based on themes of Jimi Hendrix.

Lowe is scoring the Prairie Theatre Exchange production of “Lawrence and Holloman” opening February 11 2010. This comedy by Maurice Panych is directed by Bob Metcalfe, with designer Brian Perchaluk and lighting designer Scott Henderson. Very funny.

Thursday February 25th The Ministers Of Cool are at the Norwood Hotel (112 Marion St St Boniface 233-4475) 8:30. A lot of Steely Dan and other covers mixed with new originals from our upcoming CD. Greg Lowe Guitar/Vocals, Gerry Atwell vocals and keys, Don Benedictson Bass guitar/Vocals, Leonard Shaw Vocals/Keyboards and Sax, Paul McNarr Vocals/Guitar/Keys and Daniel Roy Drums/Vocals.

Lowe is developing a new work with Winnipeg Contemporary Dancers’ Artistic Director / Choreographer Brent Lott for performances and tour spring 2010.

Also in development is a coproduction with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and the Prairie Theatre Exchange. Music by Greg Lowe, text and story line by Debbie Patterson and choreography by Stephan Leonard. This work will be premiered at the Carol Shields Festival in May 2010 at the PTE.

Also in the works are four new CD releases by Richard Moody, Woody Holler, Glenn Buhr and the Ministers Of Cool. All due in the spring and summer 2010.
